Go all in
Hello, friend.
If you are reading this, you are probably considering taking the leap and getting supersuited. Maybe a friend showed you their Helm or you saw what Wilson and I have built and wondered whether it would work for you. You've likely tried a lot of the hot frontier apps already, whether it's ChatGPT chat, Claude chat, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Codex, Muse, Grok Bot, Instinct, whatever the latest flavor of the day is. And, yeah, each one is enticing.
Maybe they're genuinely impressive. And yet, if you are honest, your life has not changed that much. The models are amazing and most of these apps run on the same few of them that are amazing. But what decides whether they change your life is how far in you go and who you go in with, aka who supports you on becoming the best applied AI athlete possible. This letter is about how you can go in as far as possible and going in with the right people so you can make the leap with your eyes open.
So why is the leap worth taking? Let's be honest. Dabbling, sampling, trying app after app, model after model feels like progress. It feels like the right thing to do at this frontier agentic age. But each app becomes a fragmented context prison.
It keeps a slice of you inside its own walls where no other tool can use it. Your goals sit in one place maybe, your meetings in another, your notes in a third. No model can see you whole. No chief agent can see you whole, so every one of them guesses. And a year from now, you might be able to have tried everything that went viral on X and still have an AI that does not know you.
Getting supersuited means going all in on one place you own, meaning your physical machine, whether it's a Mac mini, whether it's a MacBook Pro, whether it's a Dell Pro, whatever. It is your goals, your people, your projects, your promises, and how you like to work live in plain files any model can read, kept up to date as you live. We call that hypercontext.
On top of that hypercontext, you build what we call superskills. So the AI does the work you used to do by hand the way you would do it. Totally high quality and totally requiring less of your human attention. This is where the multiplication starts.
Your AI can hold your ambitions with you. It remembers the person you met three months ago and why they matter. And if we've learned anything, if Wilson and I have learned anything, it's that a single relationship managed well can change your life. It can change the trajectory of your business. When a better model comes out or a better harness comes out, you plug it in and bring all of yourself with you.
I want to be straight with you. Going all in takes commitment. There is the cost of your membership as well as a powerful computer to run on like a MacBook Pro. Then there's the token subscription or API costs. And then it is that serious commitment to continually put your context in to keep it current, and to keep showing up.
Your first month, which we call your fitting month, is full of private coaching and co-build sessions, and you have to be willing to dedicate the time to show up for them and be prepared and do the homework. We have books that you need to read so that you can maximize this moment for yourself. Trust us when we say you do not know what you do not know, and nobody grew up learning how to maximize the agentic era. But we are all in the same boat right now. It's like the gym was just invented, and we're all figuring out how to lift.
And the reality is that people who train alone will drift, but people with the right coaching and who keep showing up will thrive. One of our members told us that the weekly check-ins during his fitting month were what let him get the most out of his Supersuit. The coaching mattered because as we put it and as he is now reiterating, nothing is obvious. That is basically our motto. So what do you get when you jump in?
You get coached. You get supported. During your fitting, we check in multiple times a week. And as well, your chief agent, Pluma, reminds you to keep your context current and helps you keep your context current. Altogether, we keep at it until the habits that allow you to be successful, allow you to be a strong, successful applied AI athlete are yours. The goal is for you to become someone who can truly harness superintelligence for the rest of your life.
A little more about myself. I never had the option to dabble. I have what is called aphantasia and the most extreme version of it where I have it across every sense, smell, touch, you name it.
And I have a memory that keeps some of the facts of my life in my head, but very blurry and without letting me relive any of that. I wrote about that in a different letter that you can check out. My memory is so bad it's called severely deficient autobiographical memory. Meaning, if something was not written down, it is gone. So when AI arrived, everything I had written down became context it could read.
And more importantly, I already had the habit and commitment to hyperdocumentation. And so that documentation, that context integrated with the best possible system that we could build has helped multiply me ever since. And my co-founder, Wilson, did not need these systems and these disciplines as badly as I did. He has a pretty good memory. But when he went all in, wow.
You can ask him, his life changed. He has so much more gas in the tank. He just understands how much more he can accomplish now that he has been supersuited, and he will never go back. I'm going to guess that if you're reading this letter, you are so close to activating yourself as a member. All I gotta say is that this is your sign to take that leap of faith to change your life forever.
Take that leap.
