What is Supersuit?
The best way to harness frontier superintelligence to achieve your most ambitious goals in work and life.
The laptop, the phone and the watch: one suit.
You are getting a fraction of what AI can do for you
The most capable AI, tailored to you, can now take on real work, end to end, across everything you use, for hours, while you do something else.
Most people get a sliver of that, because their AI does not know them and they have never asked it for anything big.
A supersuit closes the gap: it knows who you are and where you are going, and it is built to take on your most ambitious goals.
See it do a whole job from one sentence, or read the wins, with names and dates
Why nothing else does this
- Superaligned
- It knows who you are and where you are going, from files it reads before anything else, and the rules you set once hold it there without being told twice.
- Supercapable
- It is the most capable AI there is, working on your own computer with every tool you connect. It reads and writes your files, runs software and works in your apps just as you would, for hours while you do something else, and the skills it builds for you get better every time they miss.
- Data-sovereign
- All your data, the skills you build and everything your suit learns about you live in files you own. The AI underneath can be swapped for a better one, and all of it comes with you.
- 1Chat apps (ChatGPT, Claude Chat) stop at the answer: they cannot act on anything.
- 2AI built into an app (Copilot in Microsoft 365, Gemini in Google Workspace) stops at the edge of the one app it lives in.
- 3Industry agents (Harvey for law, Hebbia for finance) stop at one profession's documents and tools.
- 4Guided agents (Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work) stop at limits tuned for everyone.
- 5Assistants you text (Instinct, Tab) stop at what their own phone and accounts can reach.
- 6Agents with a Linux computer of their own (OpenAI's Dots, Meta's Muse) stop at the computer the company runs for them.
- 7Do-it-yourself agents (OpenClaw) go as high as you can build and keep them yourself.
- 8Coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) have no ceiling on your computer, but start knowing nothing about you.
So the ceiling is your imagination. Ask it for more than you think it can do: that is how you find where the ceiling really is.
Every category, and the tools people ask about, one on one: How a supersuit compares
Why context decides everything
Superintelligence is only as useful as what it knows about you. A brilliant model that knows nothing about your customers, your people or how you decide gives brilliant, generic answers.
Give it the whole context of your life and work, and it becomes hyperrelevant. It answers your situation instead of the average one, and it can act on it. That is the point where superintelligence lives up to its name.
What feels like too much context for a person is the right amount for an agent. Hypercontext is an agent's love language.
- You own itSo you can give it everything
- It holds everythingSo it knows your situation
- It knows your situationSo its answers and its work fit you
Nobody hands over the whole of their context to a tool they do not control. Most AI keeps what it learns about you on its own side, in memory you cannot open, check or correct. So people hold back, companies forbid it, and the AI works from a slice. Context nobody manages goes stale and wrong.
A supersuit is built the other way round. Your context lives on your own computer, in files you can open, read and correct. Because it is yours, you can give it everything. Because it is organized, it stays true. That is why a supersuit is the best way to harness superintelligence.
- Yours to keep.It lives on your computer, backed up to a private account you control. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.
- Never stuck with one AI company. It uses the best AI available and switches when a better one comes along.
- Better every time you correct it.Tell it once how you like something done, and it remembers.
- Nothing goes out without your yes.Anything that reaches another person waits for your approval.
How this differs from other kinds of AI tools: How a supersuit compares
What a supersuit is
Most people meet AI through a chat app like ChatGPT. Some graduate to a tool like Claude Cowork, which can do a little of the work for them. There is a buzz around newer categories too: assistants you text over iMessage, like Instinct, Tab and Poke, and agents that work on a Linux computer of their own somewhere you never see, like OpenAI's Dots, Meta's Muse and xAI's Grok Bot. The real graduation is a supersuit.
A supersuit runs on the most capable tools the frontier labs make, the ones that operate a computer the way you do. Claude Code and Codex are the two leaders. They were built for writing software, and it turns out they can do any knowledge work, any work you can do on a computer. They are computer-using coding agents, often known as agentic harnesses. The model is the intelligence. The coding agent is what puts that intelligence to work on a computer: it opens files, runs programs and checks its own results.
Out of the box, a coding agent is capable, generic and frustrating. It does not know your customers, your people or how you decide, and it forgets what you told it yesterday.
A supersuit runs on that coding agent and aims it at your most ambitious goals in work and life. It is superaligned to you: it remembers how you work, what you know and who matters to you. One chief agent runs it for you. She plans the work, hands pieces to other agents, checks what comes back, and asks before anything reaches another person.

Six broad kinds of context, each kept in a folder you can open and read, with as many folders inside it as your life needs. Tap a folder to look inside, and any file to read it.
The result is superintelligence that lifts an astonishing amount of toil off your work. Each thing it takes off your hands frees you for higher and higher leverage work, the work of your life.
The terms, in plain words
- Model
- The AI itself, the part that reads and writes. Claude and GPT are models.
- Frontier lab
- A company that builds the most capable models. Anthropic and OpenAI are two of them.
- Chat app
- A window where you type to a model and it answers. ChatGPT is one.
- Coding agent
- Software that gives a model a computer to work on, so it can open files, run programs and check its own results. Also called an agentic harness. Claude Code and Codex are two.
- Context
- What the AI knows about you and your work. In a supersuit it is kept in files on your own computer.
- Chief agent
- The one agent you talk to. She plans the work and hands pieces of it to other agents.
- Supersuit
- Frontier superintelligence aimed at your most ambitious goals in work and life: superaligned to you, supercapable, and data-sovereign. It runs on a coding agent.
One person, one supersuit
You wear one supersuit across your whole life: your work, your family, your friendships, your projects. Splitting a person between a work AI and a personal AI splits the very context that makes either one useful.
Inside the suit, your records are kept apart. Your personal records are yours. Each company you work for or lead has records of its own, and they belong to the company. Personal data stays personal. Work data stays work.
Where it comes fromDocuments, email, meetings, texts

Work
- Inappropriate remarks
- Others' proprietary information
- Anything said in confidence
Personal
Your personal record
Yours alone: your personal conversations in full, and your copy of any that were both.
Work
The company's record
What was asked, decided, promised and next. Nothing personal.
Your messages, calls, meetings, email and documents all come in together. Each conversation is sorted by whose business it was, never by who was in the room, and personal and work are kept apart. A lunch with a colleague stays personal. A call about the company's books belongs to the company.
The company receives a working record of its conversations: what was asked, what was decided, what was promised, and what is next. It never receives your personal life. The company sets house rules for what a working record leaves out, and each person can tighten them for themselves, never loosen them. When a conversation was both personal and work, the person sees the exact record before it goes.
Some things never reach any record at all, yours or the company's: inappropriate remarks, other people's proprietary information, and anything said in confidence. Pluma sets them aside, whoever said them.
A company keeps its records in separate sets of files, each holding one part of its work: one everyone shares, then leadership, finance, each client. Each set opens only to the people whose role needs it, by the company's own teams and permissions. The company sets this up once, with its house rules and its members, and its owners can see that every member's suit is up to date and following those rules, without ever seeing anyone's personal life.

Each set of records opens only to the roles that need it. Everyone shares the company-wide one.
Membership follows your company's own accounts. When someone leaves, their suit stops sending, and the company keeps every working record it was sent.
You own it
Your supersuit lives on your own computer, in files you can open and read. What it builds over time is your agentic edge: everything your suit knows about you, and every skill it has built for you. That edge is what makes you and your company valuable, and it stays with you.
You are never locked in to Anthropic, OpenAI or anyone else. Frontier labs will come and go. Your supersuit is built so the coding agent and the model underneath can be swapped for better ones, and everything you have built carries over.

How a supersuit is fitted
The coding agents are available to anyone. Getting from okay to radically personalized is the hard part, and it is the part we do. We harness the harnesses.
Our aim is to give your people the best possible safe superintelligence, so we only build on coding agents that meet a public standard of safety and capability. We call one that does a superharness. Two meet it today. Claude Code is the one we strongly recommend. Codex is supported.
- The CEO
- And whoever they choose, at the same time
We can fit one person or a whole team at once. Ideally the CEO is among them, so the person who sets the direction works the way their people do. It starts with activation week: a few days in person, where we come to you and set each person up, about two hours each, side by side, on their own computer and around their own work. Fitting season follows, about 90 days with one co-build session a week and a private channel for everything in between.
We train your people to build and run their own supersuits. Each of them becomes more valuable every year, and what they build belongs to them and to you.
We run Continental Works on our own supersuits, so what we install is what we use every day.

All good enjoy your weekend boys. Uh, you're gonna laugh when you hear what I had Freeda develop for me, and it's actually working too, which is insane.

All right, so this is coming from a person who started their business 17 years ago and has only used AI to make funny memes to send in group chats. I got a hold of Freeda about two weeks ago. Very, very skeptical to the point of where I was like, there's no way this is real. So I tested it on my wife's website to build SEO and get it all set up and metadata and things like that thinking, I mean, this is going to take forever and ask me a million questions. Well, in the matter of 10 minutes, she had suggested all these redesigns and tags and stuff like that. In the matter of an hour, the whole site had metadata done and things like that. And I was like, wow, that was crazy, but this would work. Literally the next day, she got four new emails for new clients. So that was kind of the aha moment. So then I kind of was thinking, I mean, what else can we do? I have a million ideas, you know, now that I'm not doing my business anymore. So let's put one of them to play. I had this great idea about making a Carfax, but for a house. And so I kind of called it my house app and kind of went going through it with Freeda and building it. And it was absolutely insane. How fast she had me buying a domain name and how fast we had a site up and how fast she was able to make changes for the way people flow through the site. And then really starting to understand me and my style. You know, she isn't the most creative person, but understands that I am. And asked me a lot of things of how we can bring creativity in. And it's just mind blowing to see that houselantern.com is a fully functional website and web app that I now have 30 users on, mostly friends and family, that are giving me direct feedback of how to keep it going. And if it's not a full on business and ready to go in the next couple of weeks, I'd be very, very surprised. I don't know how to describe it. I don't know how it works. All I know is it's very intuitive and it helped a guy who was building memes with AI build an entire company in two weeks. I don't know how to describe it.
